    Robert was born & raised in Bowling Green. He is a graduate of Warren East High School & Western Kentucky University. Robert has been married for 32 years to Connie, and they have two children. He loves to collect sports memorabilia (check out his office)!

    Jeff is originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, and has been a key player on our team since 2008. When asked what enjoys the most about his job? He said meeting people and working together with our staff!! Jeff is an avid golfer and fisherman! He and his wife Cathy have 2 sons, Sawyer and Bo.

    Born & raised in Smiths Grove, Kentucky, Justin graduated from WKU in 2002. Justin has a son, Jake, who he loves watching play baseball and football. They love being outdoors together and spending time with family and friends.

    Avery, who is the son of Robert and Connie Vincent, graduated with honors from WKU. He also graduated with honors from Warren East High School in 2017. In his spare time, Avery enjoys sports, travel, and competitive gaming.

    Brevon is a 2018 graduate of Warren East High School and a 2022 graduate of Campbellsville University. He earned a BS in Accounting from Campbellsville University where he also ran track for 4 years. Brevon enjoys playing sports, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
